The short version
You can read this entire site without an account, and we do not ask you for anything. There is no login, no newsletter signup and no comment form, so there is nothing for us to store about you.
What is collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent — for security and capacity reasons. We use that only in aggregate, to see which pages are read and to spot abuse.
Cookies
Recall Ledger sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Advertising
The site reserves fixed-height spaces for advertising, and those spaces are currently empty — no ad network is loaded and no advertising cookie is set. If we connect a network later, we will name it here and describe what it collects before it goes live.
Search
Search terms are processed to return results and appear in request logs. Do not put personal information in the search box.
Links out
Recall pages link to agency and company sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your requests
Because we hold no account data, there is usually nothing to export or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, write to ledger-desk@recallledger.com and we will tell you what we have.
